Order Cancellation

- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; please refer to the return process below.
Return & Refund Eligibility
- Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
- Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Opened or consumed products cannot be returned unless found to be defective.
Refund Process
